Of course, I write this review with some bias as an employee of Active SEN. But, from the first month I worked here, everything seems quite genuine. My consultant, Bradley Copper, found job placements for me in less than a day. He handled all the necessary paperwork and all that was left for me to do was go to the location and do the job (which lasts no later than 16:30, usually earlier). As my second job ever (I'm still a 19 year old undergrad), I can truthfully say that I'm having a lot of fun (which is to the say that the schools that hire Active SEN are themselves very professional).
Active SEN agency is a great place to work. The staff is very supportive and always helps us to find schools at our convenience. I haven't experienced any issues so far. I am proud to be a part of them. I like to recommend Active SEN to anyone.
Working for active Sen is very interesting as I’ve never worked within the sen environment even though I’ve been working with kids for a very long time. People like Bradley Lauren and Raphael have been very positive and encouraging within my time working there and I appreciate what we have done in, helping me to find jobs and roles. Would definitely recommend for anyone.
I notice from that these reviews are mainly from employees which is open to interpretation. As a local pre school looking for SEN staff my recent dealings with Active SEN left me very unimpressed. Staff were quick to sell their service/employees who were mostly unqualified and unexperienced. I received no paperwork or emails to confirm anything and the manager was very confrontational in dealing with the whole matter!
I wish I could join in and leave a great review but I can not. This company were quick to take my money and the ladies who were chasing my DBS were great communicators, however... my "consultant" does nothing for me. There has been no communication from Harry Bacchus for many months regardless of how many times I have reached out to him. I'm saddened to say that all time, money & effort from me has been wasted.
