Estate agents always get a bad wrap but I couldn't recommend the team at Estates East enough.

We wanted to buy a 1bed flat. Viewing and offer stages went well. After that, I've spent 7 months waiting for the sale process to progress, unfortunately the sale didn't go through. The vendor and the estate agents 'forgot' to tell us that there were 15k of outstanding charges on the property due to maintenance works to be done: we discovered it at the very last minute thanks to the council. No negotiation was accepted by the vendor. Total lack of interest on the part of real estate agents throughout the overall process. So sad.
